Nowhera Shaik received justice after years of fight 

Nowhera Shaik is the CEO of the Heera Group and a successful Indian entrepreneur, politician, and businesswoman. 

Personal Life 

Nowhera Shaik comes from a humble background. On September 21, 1973, she was born to Shaik Nanne Saheb and Shaik Bilkis. Nowhera is the daughter of a middle-class family. Despite her celebrity, Nowhera Shaik prefers to keep her private life secret. Despite the fact that she comes from a liberal, open-minded household where every woman has the freedom to do anything she wants, she likes to keep her private life secret. 

The Heera Group 

Mrs. Nowhera Shaik is also the founder and CEO of the Heera Group, which is made up of 20 firms that deal in a variety of industries such as gold, investment, textiles, jewellery, and so on 

The Heera Group, founded by Mrs. Nowhera Shaik is an ‘Interest-Free’ business group. She grew the family firm into the contemporary and forward-thinking gold trading company it is today. The company has made a name for itself on a large scale, including electronics, gold, and investments, among other things. Where operations are managed by a team of devoted, industrious, and skilled individuals, that work tirelessly for the better of the company. 

Heera Group Controversy 

As of the 24^th of March, 2022, The petition for litigation of S.A. Colony was dismissed by the Honorable Justice because the ED had submitted a report stating that the property is solely owned by the Heera Group. And all cases filed against Heera Group by any agency wherever in India must be transferred to the SFIO in Hyderabad. Other agencies are not permitted to participate in the aforementioned. Also, no further defaming cases against her will be entertained by the Court.  

Owing to the Supreme Court’s recent verdict, Nowhera Shaik promises all Heera Group members that they will get their shares due, just as promised.
