Heera Group Victim Association is an organization that was created by Mr. Shahbaz Ahmed Khan to spread untrue facts and tarnish the fame of Dr. Nowhera Shaik. It is claimed that Heera group supporters were given false information, which led to their filing complaints against the company. This instantly sparked a huge commotion in the corporate world. The detention even included Dr. Nowhera Shaik. However, no malevolent activity goes unpunished.
Details of the case proceedings
Dr. Nowhera Shaik filed a defamation lawsuit against him in 2018 and demanded Rs. 10 million for the inconvenience. On September 7, 2022, the case was heard in front of the Municipal Civil Court. The case was heard by the Supreme Court as well. The real motive behind Mr. Shahbaz Ahmed Khan’s untoward activities was to extort money from Dr. Nowhera Shaik.
During the court proceedings, instead of the expert lawyer whom Mr. Khan had hired, a legal assistant made the argument in court. In a later appearance before the jury, Mr. Shahbaz Ahmed Khan’s actual lawyer put forward an objection to the reports duly submitted by Dr. Nowhera Shaik. It was said that this was only a small trick to drag on the case’s proceedings for a longer period.

However, the court disregarded their motion and accepted the marked documents that Dr. Nowhera Shaik had provided. The judge approved the paperwork.
Mr. Shahbaz Ahmed Khan is the primary suspect in a double-killing investigation. Therefore, by hiding in the US, he is evading his ostensible obligations as a representative of the Heera Group Victim Association.
As previously stated, the upcoming hearing in the defamation action against Heera Group was set for October 18, 2022. According to reports, Dr. Nowhera Shaik has confronted Shahbaz Ahmed Khan in Hyderabad Civil Court today to demand 10 crore rupees as restitution for the conspiracy against Heera Group.
