Heera Group is infamous for its service and reliability, which has gained the enterprise millions of customers and investors over the years. It was established by Dr. Nowhera Shaik, presently the CEO of the company, back in the year 1998.
Mr. Shahbaz Ahmed Khan is the founder of an association that he calls the Heera Group Victim Association to declare his active role in political rivalry. It is reported that he had instigated misunderstandings in the minds of the supporters of the Heera Group who decided to file complaints against the company. This soon gave rise to a huge commotion in the world of entrepreneurship. Dr. Nowhera Shaik was even arrested. The case was tried in the Supreme Court. Mr. Shahbaz Ahmed Khan did all this to extort money from Dr. Nowhera Shaik.
What caused the commotion – Heera Group?
Dr. Nowhera Shaik had filed a defamation suit worth Rs. 10 crores against him back in the year 2018. The hearing of the case took place on 7th September 2022 in the City Civil Court. The old council appointed by Mr. Khan did not appear, instead, a junior lawyer was there in the courtroom to fight his case. Sometime later, a new council appeared before the Judge and declared that they were representing Mr. Shahbaz Ahmed Khan; they refused to let Dr. Nowhera Shaik present the memo. Reportedly, this was only a lowly means to delay the case proceedings.
They had requested the Judge not to accept the marked documents that Dr. Nowhera Shaik presented but the court paid no heed. The Judge accepted the documents.
Mr. Shahbaz Ahmed Khan is also the prime accused of a double murder case. So, he is hiding in the USA, neglecting his so-called duties as the representative of the Heera Group Victim Association.
Verdict
The Judge strictly prohibited Mr. Shahbaz Ahmed Khan to keep every activity till court and not running an online campaign. The next hearing of the case is scheduled for 18th October 2022. If Mr. Shahbaz Ahmed Khan is found guilty by the honorable Supreme Court, he will have to pay the defamation suit money.
