As a result, fewer people are using the library due to this facility.
Is technology aiding their growth?
The internet has increased the visibility of numerous books. There is a tonne of websites on the Internet that promote reading books. On the internet, book reviews are shared and read by tens of thousands of people. Therefore, it is clear that libraries won’t disappear very soon.
The experience of reading content in PDF format or online is not the same as reading books. As a result, many people choose to read content in books rather than online.
To prevent being distracted while reading online, some people decide to read books instead of online information.
Also, several libraries currently offer Wi-Fi-enabled desktop computers. Libraries are evolving, but they won’t vanish anytime soon.
