Nov 13, 2022 District Court, dr nowhera shaik, , suppprters, Verdict

After a careful review of the evidence on file, the jurisdiction enacted the following ordinance. In reality, however, complaints received after the earlier deadline were accepted and processed. They must stop the situation and agree that any claim received by November 30, 2022 should be abandoned or should not exist. There must also be sufficient publicity for the stated purpose.

The SFIO claims that the suit was tried. The competent coit will therefore no longer consider it.

Solving FSL statements

As for FSL Lab, the story says that although the report is more than four years old, it has not yet been released. The petitioners argue that some of the difficulties pointed out by the tax expert also stem from the seizure of computers. The fact that they were discovered in the FSL laboratory is also considered significant. The SFIO will therefore take up again the issue of ensuring the final processing of the FSL report.

The amount that the tax authorities are estimated to collect from the sale of the property is diametrically different from what the petitioners argued in court. Mr. Ranjit Kumar, a senior legal practitioner, claims that the petitioners already have plans in place. Well, it is true even if the properties are worth more than 110 million.

Cooperation of the proponents

The petitioners’ request to submit a bid under a sealed envelope is granted. This is done because it justifies the fact that buyers would not want all information to be publicly available. The importance of timely payment was emphasized to the petitioners especially for the amount of Rs. 400 million crowns. Also, 400 million is the same amount that would be enough to pay off all the investors so far.

To make it easier, any encumbrance on this land would be agreed to by this court with cancellation or annulment. The petitioners will continue to support the court in verifying claims.
