The Heera Group were cleared from the allegations and accusations they have faced over the last few years. But it seems like the problems are far from being over for the company. Recently an incident happened which created a small misunderstanding between the company and their investors. The investigation regarding the matter is on an SFIO is looking into the matter.
The Investigation Report Of SFIO About The Heera Group:
On the 12th of April 2022, the Serious Fraud Investigation Office released the report of their investigation regarding the Heera Group case on their website. It was claimed that Nowhera Shaik; the head of the company have scammed their investors and not returned the money that was claimed to return. The CCS and CID were given the charge of the case. Despite the company being not guilty, they were harassed and the company’s; Chief Executive Officer Nowhera Shaik was taken into legal custody.
Although no evidence was collected; the CCS accused the Heera Group; to owe an amount of sixty-five hundred crores to their investors. After further investigation, it was found that the report was wrong as there were errors in it.
About New Challenge:
Finally, the Supreme Court handed the case over to the SFIO. Their report states that the group owes an amount of thirty crores to their investors. Accordingly, they were being paid by the company after checking a valid ID proof and IBG number. Now the SFIO website shows that more than six thousand people have complained regarding not receiving their money. However, the people are informing Ms Shaik that they have not launched any complaint. It shows that the SFIO website has been manipulated by any third party; and they want to destroy the name of the company. Ms Shaik has thus formed a Help Desk in her office; where people can have their queries solved regarding the case. This reduces the pressure on the SFIO as the team of officers is further investigating the matter. The hurdle will be crossed by the company as they are strong-willed.
