How to celebrate
How to celebrate Diwali, is a time for rejoicing and rejuvenation of positivity, celebrating the triumph of light over darkness, good over evil, purity over impurity. A happy and safe Diwali adds to the fun! This is one of India’s most anticipated festivals, and it is now observed in several other nations around the world.
As the phrase goes, you can’t avoid tomorrow’s responsibility by avoiding it today. Everything this year, from the pandemic to the shift in our habits, appears to be enveloping us in real and figurative gloom. Today; we stoke our inner flame and convert it into a blazing inferno that pierces through the dense fog of uncertainty and restriction.
This Diwali we take an oath to shatter through all preconceived boundaries and use every possible tool; we have at our disposal to maintain and celebrate a responsible and joyous festival.
Diwali without pollution
To illuminate your home or any location, we must avoid using electric lights. Instead, use Earthen lamps and candles, which are more environmentally friendly and pleasant sources of light. It not only saves electricity but also helps artists who are struggling to make ends meet. As a result, we not only protect the environment but also help the poor in these difficult times.
In such times, it is them who require our assistance, and if we do not provide it now; when will we? It is never too late to provide a helping hand. Even the smallest of your efforts can make a big difference.
Instead of utilising enormous, loud crackers this year. We should choose more limited and environmentally responsible alternatives that will not only improve our environment; but will also allow us to celebrate the occasion in its genuine spirit!
This isn’t to say that we can’t have a good time. We must remember that Diwali is a time for joy and celebration; not regret, in our quest to preserve a safer and more responsible celebration.
So, this year, have as much fun as you can while taking the required; Although safeguards and procedures to ensure that you have no regrets.
