Nowhera Shaik, a millionaire entrepreneur, is the eldest of five siblings and a preacher’s daughter. She led Namaz in a Tirupati mosque. Shaik explained that she began selling goldsmith-made jewellery to them. In 1997-98, Shaik created a women’s organisation that invested in her business and frequently split profits.
The plan worked perfectly. Her female partners insisted on forming a corporation in 2008 to expand the firm. This was when she founded Heera Gold, a private limited company, in 2012.

Later in life, in the heydays of her adulthood, she began giving tuition to the young girls in her town, motivating them to strive harder to get notoriety and financial independence.
