Nowhera Shaik, CEO of the Heera Group of Companies, is widely known for her hospitality towards everyone irrespective of any specific parameter. Heera Group was her dream project; she wanted to help the helpless. And instead of choosing one, she wittily blended both. She uses about 75-80% of the total profit of the foundation to provide financial as well as any other issue. She often organizes awareness programs in the rural states of India.
The early life of Nowhera
Every successful person has a story to tell. Success comes with the sacrifice of leisure. Being a member of a middle-class family, it was nothing unknown to her that hard work alone can ensure a worthy life.
She began contributing small amounts to the family expenditure by tutoring and selling vegetables. However, studies were her priority. She readily sacrificed her sleep hours to study because she dreamt of a financially stable life. Aspiring alone is not enough for success, one needs to try everything he/she can to make it happen. People mocked, judged, and question Nowhera back then, but she proved all of them wrong. She once again proved that perseverance, determination, and hard work never fail you.
Heera Group of Companies
Nowhera Shaik established a corporation, Heera Gold. She supervised the management there. It was mainly involved in the gold trade and other stone jewelry as well. It was a huge accomplishment. Soon, Heera Gold gave way to the collective Heera Group of Companies.
They are very cautious about their customer’s orders and ensure a friendly environment for them. Moreover, all the employees are well-trained.
