Nowhera Shaik, the founder of the Heera Group of companies was bailed out earlier this year. She has been fighting this legal case for a long time. She has been very particular about this case. The Court has directed the SFIO authorities to clear out all Heera Group compliances and release back the seized data. The court has also asked the CSS authorities to release all the data of the Heera Group that were seized by them while the investigation procedure. Nowhera Shaik has thus asked the authorities to release back the data but the authorities are not in a mood to cooperate.

What the company is complaining about is that the CSS department is offering the entire seized data; in a 1 TB hard disk which is no less than a miracle. It is miraculous because while seizure they had seized the entire server which had more than 60 hard disks with each disk’s storage capacity ranging from 1 TB to 4 TB.
